Shannon Draher is an experienced litigation attorney with over 25 years of legal experience, focusing on employment law and workers’ rights. For more than a decade, she has dedicated her practice to representing employees facing wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage violations.
Shannon has represented thousands of employees nationwide in complex collective and class action lawsuits involving unpaid wages. She is driven by a strong commitment to ensuring that workers are fairly compensated and treated with dignity in the workplace.
Prior to joining Coffman Legal, Shannon founded and managed her own law firm, where she successfully recovered over $50 million on behalf of workers across the country for unpaid overtime and wage violations.
Earlier in her career, Shannon practiced at several of the most elite law firms, where she received first-class training and mentoring. This foundation continues to inform her strategic, results-driven approach to advocacy both inside and outside the courtroom.
