The lawsuit alleges that McWane required its production and manufacturing employees to arrive before the start of their shifts to don personal protective equipment(PPE) and safety clothing. The lawsuit alleges that McWane did not pay these production and manufacturing employees for the time they spent completing these tasks, resulting in unpaid overtime wages.
If I Join This Lawsuit, What Could I Be Eligible to Receive?
